What is a Virtual Office?

It enables you to present yourself to customers as an established company with e-mail, telephone, web site, fax, and a city centre office. But you don't pay the overhead.

In city centres, an office in a good location costs upwards of £500 per square metre per year when you include rates, service charges etc. In London it could cost you a lot more.

As part of your Virtual Office service:

We provide our city centre offices as your registered address and, if you wish, correspondence address. You can even use pictures of it on your brochure or web site.
We forward your post. There is no standing charge. You just pay the postage and a small handling fee per item. Or we can hold it for you to collect.
We supply you with an 0870 national rate telephone number for customers to contact you. You can divert this to any landline (beginning 01 or 02) in the UK without moving your office. You could even run your business from home.
We supply you with an 0871 telephone number for customers to fax you. If you do not have a fax machine, you can divert these calls to our non-dedicated fax machine. We send your faxes on by post - or even e-mail.
We supply your own domain (.co.uk) and email address. You can continue to receive e-mail through your free Internet service provider such as Wanadoo.
We set up and manage your own 4 page website hosted for a year.

This service is available for just £350+VAT per year, plus postage and handling charges and a one-off charge of £250+VAT for web design (not applied if you want to provide your own web pages).
