Virtual Office is
our specialist service for small and growing
businesses.
It enables you to
present yourself to customers as an established company with
e-mail, telephone, fax, and a city centre office. But you
don't pay the overhead. You can even choose to work from
home.
In city centres, an
office in a good location costs upwards of £500 per
square metre per year when you include rates, service
charges etc. In London it could cost you a lot more.
As part of your
Virtual Office service:
· We provide
our city centre offices as your registered address and, if
you wish, correspondence address. You can even use pictures
of it on your brochure or web site.
· We forward
your post. There is no standing charge. You just pay the
postage and a small handling fee per item. Or we can hold it
for you to collect.
· We supply you
with an 0870 national rate telephone number for customers to
contact you. Calls can be diverted to any landline
(beginning 01 or 02) in the UK without moving your office,
and without any loss of quality. It could even be your home
telephone line. If you move office later, you can easily
take the number with you.
· We supply you
with an 0871 telephone number for customers to fax you. If
you do not have a fax machine, you can divert these calls to
our non-dedicated fax machine. We send your faxes on by post
- or even e-mail.
· We supply
your own domain name (.co.uk) and email address. You can
continue to receive e-mail through your free Internet
service provider such as Freeserve.
At just £39+VAT
per month, this service provides an extremely affordable
alternative to city centre offices. You can even opt to pay
annually and save a further £118 per year.
If you wish, we can
also manage your own web site, up to 4 pages, for no extra
charge.
All these services,
including initial set-up of your web site, are included free
of charge for the first year if you buy the complete
StartNewBusiness Package.
