When you form a
limited company, you have to have a registered
office, which is shown on the company's stationery
and where official documents can be sent. You also
have to keep certain company records, known as the
"statutory books", there, so that the public can
come in and look at them.
The service
includes:
- Use of our city
centre offices as your company's registered
office
- Keeping your
statutory books for inspection
- Forwarding of
official documents
Our normal charge
for this service is £95+VAT per year, but your
StartNewBusiness package includes the Registered
Office Service for no extra charge for the first
year.
Your
StartNewBusiness package also includes our Virtual
Office service for a year, so you can use our
offices as your main address if you wish. However,
please note that if you take the Registered Office
service rather than Virtual Office in subsequent
years, it is not a mail handling service - it's for
official documents only.
