Every company has to keep records – about its directors and its owners, its meetings and its finances. Some of these records have to be available to the public, and some have to be filed with Companies House.
Failing to comply can mean penalties for the company, and even fines for the directors. In some cases, Companies House can strike the company off the register – confiscating its assets and preventing you from doing business.

- We conduct a full review of your company's “statutory records”: its share records, directors’ interests, minutes of meetings etc.
- We check that you have filed everything you need to file with Companies House.
- Then we prepare and file everything that you don't have.
All completed for a fee of only £199 +VAT
